From the undersigned citizens and ecological organizations


Being affected by Sofia’s and the Capital Municipality Council shortsighted, incompetent and without exaggeration ill-intentioned activities and inaction, which keep Sofia in a state of crisis concerning the everyday domestic waste for round 15 /fifteen/ months, we, a group of civil ecological organizations, extend to all of you an INVITATION FOR A MEETING on the occasion of our TENDER, concerning changes in the legislation order of Republic Bulgaria, namely:

1. We support the tender introduced into the Bulgarian Parliament for an amendment in Bulgarian legislation, so that citizens and public organization to have the right of legislation initiative.
2. WE WISH to introduce a tender for an amendment in the Local Self-government and Administration Act which reads: “In the presence of activities and inactivity against the law, leading to environmental pollution and risk for the human health, citizens and public organizations to be in the right to suggest to the Parliament of Republic Bulgaria to discontinue the procuration of the mayor and the respective municipal council and the Parliament to be in the right to do the above-mentioned.”
